Refund & Return Policy — Culturekicks
Product Disclosure All items sold on Culturekicks are replica/inspired designs and are not authentic, not manufactured by, and not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Nike, Jordan Brand, Travis Scott, Cactus Jack, or any other brand referenced by style or colorway name. Product names refer only to the design/colorway inspiration.
Returns Returns are accepted within 15 days of delivery only if:
- The item is unworn, unused, and in original packaging
- The item arrived damaged, defective, or significantly not as described
- A 20% restocking fee applies to all approved non-defective returns to cover processing and international return shipping
Non-Returnable
- Worn, used, or altered items
- Items without original packaging
- Change-of-mind returns after 15 days
- Sale/clearance items
Damaged or Incorrect Items Report within 48 hours of delivery with photos. We'll send a replacement or refund at no additional cost.
Buyer Responsibility By purchasing, buyer acknowledges this is a replica product as described above and confirms understanding of local laws regarding replica goods in their country/state.
Return Shipping Buyer covers return shipping for standard returns. We cover it for damaged/defective/incorrect items.
Processing Time Refunds processed within 5–7 business days of receiving the return. Please allow 2–3 weeks for us to receive international returns.
